Responsibilities:<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Achieve growth and achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales force and consistently reporting necessary results.
\u2022 Design and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base.
\u2022 Setting goals, training and monitoring the performance of sales representatives.
\u2022 Manage the recruitment process for sales representatives.
\u2022 Build and promote strong and long-term relationships with clients and understand their needs.
\u2022 Coordination with all departments of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Excellent guidance, training and staff management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
