{"id":1494,"date":"2026-03-03T23:16:02","date_gmt":"2026-03-03T23:16:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.sudancareer.com\/?p=1494"},"modified":"2026-03-03T23:16:04","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T23:16:04","slug":"remote-jobs-as-a-supply-chain-assistant-at-rubaiyat-group","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jobs.sudancareer.com\/?p=1494","title":{"rendered":"Remote jobs as a Supply Chain Assistant at Rubaiyat Group"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Rubayat Group is seeking a full-time, remote Supply Chain Assistant to support procurement, coordination, and order management, ensuring smooth operations between internal teams and suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Job Title: <\/strong>Supply Chain Assistant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Duties and Responsibilities<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare supplier order files according to the approved system structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with supply chain teams to provide necessary support for daily tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the distribution center team in handling excess or shortage items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate supplier creation and payment processes in collaboration with Finance and IT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit payment requests via the DMS for all consignment payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the creation of consignment orders, pricing, and related reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconcile consignment and sales payments with the Finance department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with consignment suppliers to obtain required information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Required Qualifications and Skills<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One year of experience in the retail sector or a similar field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong skills to work under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High organizational and effective time management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High accuracy and attention to detail.
