members of the teams as well as other dept to oversee all legal activities pertaining to the implementation of the Mandatory Health Insurance Scheme (MHIS), while working in a highly challenging environment and demonstrate an ability to advise on policy, compliance and legal matters relating to the MHIS as well as provide legal advice in a written from as well as required. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead the identification and analyzing of legal risks to the MHIS that might result from enforcing the law and the regulations and advise on the necessary mitigation
