{"id":551,"date":"2023-12-08T14:34:36","date_gmt":"2023-12-08T14:34:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.sudancareer.com\/?p=551"},"modified":"2023-12-08T14:40:44","modified_gmt":"2023-12-08T14:40:44","slug":"database-administrator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jobs.sudancareer.com\/?p=551","title":{"rendered":"Database Administrator In Doha Qatar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">About The Job<\/span><\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Urgent requirement for a Database Administrator in Doha on a 1-year contract renewable for a confidential project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This resource is expected to take part in administration of systems infrastructure reporting to IT systems Manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred certification as a Microsoft Certified DBA and Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge in Oracle and SQL DB management and replication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively monitoring DB performance and capacity planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches and hot fixes on DB\u2019s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively maintain all DB infrastructure technologies to maintain high service uptime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform change management, problem management and incident correlation on re-occurring issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications:<\/span><\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 4 years experience in IT Storage\/Backup\/Network or General IT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong SQL and PL\/SQL proficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with database security principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">How To Apply:<\/span><\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are interested and confident in the role, please send your CV to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"mailto:fadi.faddoul@ateca.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fadi.faddoul@ateca.co.uk<\/a><\/strong><\/h5>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About The Job Urgent requirement for a Database Administrator in Doha on a 1-year contract renewable for a confidential project.
