Admin/HR Officer Required:
Duties
- Organizing paper and digital information
- Responding to inquiries via phone and email
- Receiving visitors
- Internal communication, preparing reports, and some HR tasks
- Dealing with employee issues
- Reporting to the General Manager
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR position
- Comprehensive knowledge of office procedures
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual work
