Admin/HR Officer Required:

Duties

  • Organizing paper and digital information
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email
  • Receiving visitors
  • Internal communication, preparing reports, and some HR tasks
  • Dealing with employee issues
  • Reporting to the General Manager

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR position
  • Comprehensive knowledge of office procedures
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Punctual work
