Al-Bariri Company wishes to appoint:

1- Deputy General Manager

To carry out the following tasks:

Major Accounting
Designs, develops and directs the department’s strategy and establishes operational policies and standards that are aligned with business needs, including defining safety procedures-
Goods handling procedures.
Conducts annual reassessment of policies for cost effectiveness to ensure standardized working conditions in line with the company’s mandate.
Coordinating with government departments like Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Investment, SSMO, Customs, Police, Regulatory Bodies…etc.
Negotiates service agreements and authorizes contracts with clients, and monitors contract execution.
Produces weekly/monthly “action analytics” reports and when requested.
Opens new markets, acquires new business and negotiates prices with Custom-
Clearing agents and brokers. Analyzes maintenance costs and makes recommendations on fleet utilization
and replace it with an appropriate display of sound knowledge of new truck types and related equipment, in order to increase efficiency and quality of service.
Coordinates with other carriers and/or brokers to collect market trends/current cost information.
Maintains relationships with suppliers of spare parts, equipment and services,
Tomers and regulators
Effectively manages allocated budget to ensure expenditures are consistent
Approved budgets and operational operating costs are controlled.
Manage, develop and motivate the operating team and fleet to achieve current

Knowledge and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
10-15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a managerial position
Experience in transportation and operation (a must)

2- Financial Manager

Provide leadership and management to the accounts team and continually develop their competencies in order to achieve a high level of performance for
Achieving business goals.
Execute the company’s planning by preparing the budget for the short and long term and forward to optimize profits and use of funds
Develop and recommend best scenarios for establishing financial oversight in order to measure progress against plan and adherence to company policy
Highlighting management’s inefficiency in using working capital
In order to improve working capital management ⚫️ Monitor and review future cash flow forecasts and execution cost

Knowledge and experience:

Bachelor of Finance
Master of Business Administration/or Master of Finance
