Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales force and consistently reporting necessary results.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base.
• Setting goals, training and monitoring the performance of sales representatives.
• Manage the recruitment process for sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong and long-term relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Coordination with all departments of the company.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to execution.
- Excellent guidance, training and staff management skills.
