Responsibilities: 

  1. Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
  2. Verify company cards information according to the checklist.
  3. Follow communication “scripts”.
  4. Enter new customer information into system.
  5. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  6. Follow instructions of Call Center Supervisor.

  Requirements:

  1. Professional experience of at least 1 year in a similar or relevant role;
  2. Fluent Arabic and English languages;
  3. Strong communication skills.
