Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Verify company cards information according to the checklist.
- Follow communication “scripts”.
- Enter new customer information into system.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Follow instructions of Call Center Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Professional experience of at least 1 year in a similar or relevant role;
- Fluent Arabic and English languages;
- Strong communication skills.
