Rowwad Business Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a contract position based in Doha, with the potential to extend beyond the initial 6-month period. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects, ensuring compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of project staff and subcontractors, ensuring clarity in roles and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage the budgeting and procurement processes for all construction projects under your supervision.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company, clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and updates for senior management.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring prompt resolution of issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Engineer or in a similar role managing large-scale construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
- Seeking candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams. Must be bilingual, with proficiency in Arabic required.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
