Basic tasks
- Receiving incoming calls from clients and potential clients.
- Providing high-quality customer service and resolving their problems efficiently.

Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a call center or customer service.
- Fluent in English (B2+ level) and Arabic.
- Excellent communication skills and good use of Excel tables.
- Welcoming personality and loves to talk on the phone.
- Ability to work in shifts.
