Basic tasks

  • Receiving incoming calls from clients and potential clients.
  • Providing high-quality customer service and resolving their problems efficiently.
  • Identify available sales and promotion opportunities.
  • Participate in outbound communication programs and other tasks.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a call center or customer service.
  • Fluent in English (B2+ level) and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication skills and good use of Excel tables.
  • Welcoming personality and loves to talk on the phone.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
