Job title:
We are looking for a creative, analytical and well organized Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, assisting with product launches, managing social media platforms, and analyzing market trends to determine the best ways to reach our target audience.
Basic tasks:
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement successful product launches
Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement - Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools and methods - Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns
Maintain a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and provide insights to inform marketing decisions - Continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies to maximize return on investment
requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing and content management systems - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
