Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales performance for all stores within the scope of supervision.
- Submit periodic reports on sales and operational observations.
- Ensure branches adhere to quality, display, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage work teams and motivate employees to achieve sales targets.
- Address daily operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
Requirements
- Saudi nationality.
- Proven experience in the retail and catering sector.
- At least two years of experience supervising store management (essential).
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
