Job Purpose:
The Fleet Manager ensures the efficient, safe, and cost-effective management of the organization’s fleet operations. This includes vehicle acquisition, maintenance, fuel management, driver supervision, compliance with legal and safety regulations, and optimization of fleet utilization. This role adds value by reducing operational costs, minimizing downtime, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting timely delivery of services across all departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BSc. In Business Administration, Management.
Minimum Experience:
- 8–10 years in fleet management or transport operations,
- with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
