Position Overview:

As the Operations Officer – Umrah, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the various aspects of Umrah operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of Umrah packages, managing logistical arrangements, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination:

  • Plan and execute Umrah operations, including transportation, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other partners to ensure the availability and quality of services.
  • Monitor and manage the day-to-day operational activities related to Umrah tours.

Client Services:

  • Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide guidance and information to clients regarding the Umrah process, travel documents, and religious rituals.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues to ensure high client satisfaction.

Logistics Management:

  • Coordinate transportation arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, and transfers.
  • Oversee hotel reservations, room allocations, and rooming lists.
  • Manage the procurement of necessary supplies and materials for Umrah tours.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure that all Umrah operations comply with relevant regulations, including visa requirements and travel restrictions.
  • Maintain accurate records, including client information, travel documents, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Operations Manager as required.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to develop and promote Umrah packages.
  • Provide support and guidance to operational staff, tour guides, and drivers as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in travel operations, especially within the Umrah or Hajj industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Umrah processes, religious rituals, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for logistics and operations management.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
