About the Role:

The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, educational consulting, career counseling, and communication with students. About the Role:

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving new account acquisition, managing account expansions, and ensuring renewals across the EMEA region. This role requires a consultative sales approach, focusing on SaaS solutions, to mid-size and large enterprises across various industries. The Sales Account Executive will work cross-functionally to maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and ensure consistent performance against sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a personal book of business, ensuring consistent achievement of sales pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts, including cold calls, emails, and web conferences.
  • Perform product demonstrations and presentations, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a deep understanding of product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the technical and operational teams to streamline the sales process, from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Monitor customer segments and identify opportunities to improve the sales pipeline and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manage account renewals and expansions, ensuring long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) to track progress and report on sales metrics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant sales experience, including experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Dealing with international clients/partners experience.
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, education, or performance marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and a process-driven approach with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience in international sales is a plus.
