Senior Trade Finance Executive:
The Senior Trade Finance Executive will be involved in the development of annual business development plans in the trade finance space ensuring their effective implementation along with the Executive Office. S/he has a critical role in liaising internal financial requests with external banks and associated parties. The Senior Trade Finance Executive initiates financial requests on behalf of the department and follows up on the entire implementation to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Be responsible for maintaining the Correspondent Banking Portfolio in accordance with Trade Finance while preparing all necessary documents required accurately and efficiently.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Provide transaction information for liquidity management and regulatory reporting purposes
• Ensures accurate inventory finance management
• Coordinating and negotiating with external banks on issues related to financial companies
• Monitors and manages banking relations while coordinating with banks in the company’s commercial facilities
• Prepare management reports and any other necessary reports required
• Collaborates with trade finance and cash management in banking operations
• Prepare required MIS reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and/or per-request basis
Minimum qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or any related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
Required skills and knowledge:
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Communication and negotiation
• Planning and analytical skills
• Financial management
