Rubayat Group is seeking a full-time, remote Supply Chain Assistant to support procurement, coordination, and order management, ensuring smooth operations between internal teams and suppliers.

  • Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare supplier order files according to the approved system structure.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to provide necessary support for daily tasks.
  • Support the distribution center team in handling excess or shortage items.
  • Facilitate supplier creation and payment processes in collaboration with Finance and IT.
  • Submit payment requests via the DMS for all consignment payments.
  • Manage the creation of consignment orders, pricing, and related reports.
  • Reconcile consignment and sales payments with the Finance department.
  • Communicate with consignment suppliers to obtain required information.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • One year of experience in the retail sector or a similar field.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong skills to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High organizational and effective time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
