The role focuses on providing support and direct communication with customers via messaging applications (WhatsApp and WeChat), tracking shipments, orders, and complaints, and ensuring prompt and professional service in English.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Professional Communication and Support: Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and WeChat quickly and professionally.
- Order and Complaint Management: Providing services and support to customers, tracking shipment status, and escalating complex complaints to the appropriate departments.
- Company Representation: Representing the brand professionally and tactfully to international clients and partners.
- Organization and Speed: Managing and monitoring multiple conversations simultaneously and responding promptly to work requirements.
- Supporting Tasks: Performing any additional tasks requested within the scope of available work hours.
Qualifications and Job Requirements (Essential Qualifications)
- Fluency and complete mastery of English (speaking and writing).
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, and pressure-working skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and effectively within a remote team.
