Brocast Agency, a marketing and advertising agency in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, is seeking candidates for the position of Account Manager (remote work). The role focuses on managing client accounts on social media platforms, preparing monthly content plans, communicating directly with clients to meet their marketing needs, coordinating with design, editing, and media buying teams, and analyzing periodic brand performance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Account Management and Communication: Direct communication with clients to understand their marketing objectives and professionally manage their social media accounts.
- Content Planning and Writing: Preparing monthly content plans and writing creative copy that reflects brand identity.
- Coordination and Execution: Direct coordination with the design, editing, and media buying teams to ensure content is released and published on schedule.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing performance results and preparing periodic reports (Insights & Reports) to provide recommendations and necessary improvements.
- Innovation and Trend Tracking: Monitoring emerging trends and utilizing them appropriately, and proposing creative ideas to increase engagement and growth.
Qualifications and Job Requirements (Essential)
- At least 3 years of practical experience in social media account management or digital marketing.
- Excellent Arabic content writing skills (English proficiency preferred).
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Strong communication, client relationship management, time management, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Creative skills and experience with scheduling tools, Meta Business Suite, and Trello cards.
