Job Description
- Preparing quotes and technical submittals as per company’s standard forat efficiently & effectively.
- Preparing Tenders according to the company procedure and submitting on time.
- Acknowledging the client/ customer email within the day.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Back Office support for Sales Team.
- Managing Quotes, submittals and correspondence with customers and suppliers.
- Communicate and liaise between customers/ suppliers/ visitors and relevant staff.
Job Requirements:
Candidate should have 5 – 7 year s of experience in similar role and should be available in Qatar.
