Job Description
Responsible for variety of task in Water Maintenance Service projects, including but not limited to operation and maintenance of swimming pool ,water feature and Sauna and steam room, Chiller/Heat pump/HVAC .
- Supervises, reviews, assigned employees, or makes effective suggestions and recommendations that are given particular weight regarding the employment status of assigned employees.
- Supervises the installation, repair, overhaul, and maintenance of HVAC/refrigeration systems.

- Knowledge of operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/refrigeration equipment.Knowledge in replacing compressor and drier filterKnowledge of new refrigerant gas charging processExperience in Compressor and fan timers resetMinimum 3 Years’ Experience in Swimming Pool and Water Features,Experience in Swimming Pool and Water Features industry,Knowledge of Pressure testKnowledge of refrigerant leakage test.Knowledge of vacuum processExperience in Compressor and fan timers resetExpertize in Identifying oil leak on discharge pipeGood Knowledge in restarting the chiller/Heat PumpSkill in applying supervisory techniques.Skill in both verbal and written communication.
